Small Group classes of Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone and is scalable to accommodate any level of fitness, making it the perfect program to meet your individual goals.
This program meets the needs of members who want a “lighter” version of our regular Crossfit programming, or beginners just starting out. The movements tend to be more simplistic in nature with little to no use of olympic lifting and barbell use. We utilize kettlebells, free weights, body weight and medballs to elicit the same great response to gain strength, mobility, endurance and conditioning.
If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program will provide an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1 on 1 to reach your fitness goals.
The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This is generally built into our regular programming with a specialized solo class here and there. But we will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly before adding load to these lifts.
Our Speed & Agility class is a FUN seasonal program geared towards our youth athletes. This will keep those skills sharp in the off season as well as build them to be better athletes in whatever their sport may be.
